1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services of SARECU Weloco ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services Provided

SARECU Weloco offers document-related services including but not limited to:

• Document verification and validation
• Document preparation and template customization
• Certified translation services
• Notarization and legalization services
• Document processing and submission assistance

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for your document needs
• Submit all required documents in a timely manner
• Verify the accuracy of information before final submission
• Pay all applicable fees for services rendered

4. Fees and Payments

Our service fees are as follows:

• Basic verification: SGD 50 per document
• Document preparation: SGD 80-150 depending on complexity
• Certified translation: SGD 120 per page
• Notarization: SGD 60 per document

Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal.

5. Turnaround Times

Standard processing times are:

• Verification: 2-3 business days
• Document preparation: 3-5 business days
• Translation: 2-4 business days per page
• Notarization: 1-2 business days

Express services are available for an additional fee with same-day or next-day options.

6. Accuracy and Liability

While we strive for accuracy, SARECU Weloco:

• Is not responsible for errors in original documents provided by clients
• Does not guarantee acceptance of documents by third parties
• Is not liable for delays caused by government agencies or other external factors
• Provides services based on information provided by clients

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client documents and information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

8. Intellectual Property

All document templates, forms, and materials provided by SARECU Weloco remain our intellectual property. Clients are granted a limited license to use completed documents for their intended purposes only.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies:

• Services may be cancelled before work begins with full refund
• Partial refunds may be issued for work in progress at our discretion
• No refunds after service completion
• Refunds processed within 14 business days

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
